Do you know what you're listening to?

People nowadays wear, talk, walk, sing and listen to the things of the world. People wear mini-skirts, super high heels, low-cuts, cuss all around, sing to explicit song lyrics,..

You know that song, Bad Romance by Lady Gaga that goes

Rah, Rah, ah ah ah
Roma, roma-ma,
Ga Ga, ooh la la
Want your bad romance

Few days ago,

I learnt that "ra" is actually a Hebrew word that means evil.

Rah, ra, Rah, ra?

Then isn't singing that song like singing:

Evil, evil, ah ah ah
Roma, roma-ma,
Ga Ga, ooh la la
Want your bad romance

O_O

God says,

"Don't use dirty or foolish or filthy words. Instead, say how thankful you are." Ephesians 5:4

The Word also says,

"Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him." - 1 John 2:15

The Bible also uses the word world to speak of the state of sin that the people of the world live in.

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. - Ephesians 4:29

What goes into a man's mouth does not make him 'unclean,' but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him 'unclean.'" - Matthew 15:11

Well, you can still think that "ra" is just a random word that Lady Gaga used and can just coincidently mean evil in Hebrew, just like any random word la or bla.

Still, be careful of what you listen to lah :D

Oh and I just found out that "frigging" and "freaking" are actually euphemisms for f-word-ing. O.O didn't know that.
