I was really encouraged by this podcast interview that Let's Get Real did with Dato' Sri Idris Jala (whose family was part of the Bario Revival), and I found it interesting what he said about making decisions when there's an ethical issue:
1. Never decide alone.
Because your decision is based on your conscience. Bring 10 people together and you have 10 consciences.
2. Write down facts of the case clearly and list down pros and cons of each options and justify why Option C is better than A and B.
3. If you make a decision based on Option C, and this document is leaked into social media, will you be able to defend it? If you cannot defend it, you know it's not the right ethical decision.
