Hartington, Peak District!

Had a great spontaneous trip to Peak District with Andrea and Jit Ming, my Singaporean and Penangite Optometry coursemate-and-now-friends!

Buxton, before hopping onto a bus to get to Hartington

Hartington made me feel like I was in an Enid Blyton story

Started walking towards Pilsbury! Wanted to see the Pilsbury but it seemed too far and we didn't have the right shoes.

We met really nice people along the way. We didn't dare to pass by these cows and just stood there for a minute. Then a couple came and we walked together with them. Had a little conversation!

Sheep make me excited!

This was when the two girls didn't dare to walk past the sheep. So they just stood there.
And the sheep was actually standing still because it was scared too. Poor sheep.

YAY SHEEP SHEEP SHEEP

Saw this door along the way while we were trekking. Seems ancient to me!

It was drizzling and cloudy when we went towards Pilsbury. But when we came down, it was sunny!

We had a proper English tea session hehehehehe.
Earl Grey tea
Panini with roasted pepper and goat cheese (that the two girls didn't like)
Scones with jam

A pretty hotel!

God's creation is really beautiful. And to think that there are many more beautiful places that our eyes have never seen!

Oh...Optometry students and eyes... HAHAHAHA
