Half-open door?

Today I followed my mum for CNY visiting at her colleague's place. We talked about me entering university and my mum told Uncle Lim that I got conditional offers from 4/5 universities that I applied to-- except University of Manchester, the most important offer that I need to get if I want to get a JPA scholarship.
Uncle Lim: Have you prayed about it?
Me: Errrrrrr..
Uncle Lim: You have to pray about it.

Then I realised that it has been a long time since I talked to God about my university applications and the course to take after A-level. It also came to my mind that some people I know have been getting their offers from Manchester.

I said a silent prayer, committing my future to God again and asking Him to open doors according to His will.

Just now, my mum opened letters from the letter box (we just came back from Sibu)...and one of them--was a conditional offer letter from University of Manchester.

My first reaction was just: wow. God knows our thoughts even before we THINK of them.

I still don't know whether this is just a half-open door (doesn't mean I am guaranteed a scholarship), but I just want to say-- God is good. Now I just want to have faith and follow Him step by step. He is so real!
