6 things I learnt from a blackout

I remind myself of cats

1. Blackout is spelt as blackout.
2. It is only during times of darkness do we appreciate light.
3. The first 0.156 second it went pitch-dark, I thought I was blind. (appreciate your eyes peoples!)
4. Pitch-dark is spelt as pitch-dark.
5. Make sure your torchlights are working at all times.
6. Praise God even during the blackouts of our lives! :)

*Sigh* I gotta admit I was a little sad when the electricity came back. Cause it meant I have no excuse not to study Physics. You gotta enjoy the I-can't-do-anything-including-shower-so-I-will-just-sit-in-the-porch-and-play-the-ukulele-time!

Hmmm reading statuses on Facebook, I have a feeling that people were secretly happy that there was a blackout, even though they're going "Black out TT", "Blackout!! ==" and "Thank God my area no blackout"..."but my area did!:'(" *shakes head*

I think blackouts are fun! ASSUMING that they only last less than an hour..and only occur less than twice in a year..and there better be someone else in the house. Heh. And look at how many things I've learnt!
