What is Christmas?

Christmas. Christmas. What comes to your mind when you think of this word, Christmas?

Christmas presents?

Christmas trees?

Santa?

Reindeers?

Christmas candies?

Christmas socks?

Chimneys?

Merry Christmas?

I don't know?

You'll probably choose the last one.

In fact, Christmas is all about Jesus. The day for us to remember how God loves us sooooo much, that he gave his ONLY son, Jesus Christ, to come to this world to save us from our SINS.

Because of Adam's sins, we are all born with a sinful nature and under a death sentence.

No sin, I live.

With sin, I die.

And there is no one in this world that has NO SIN.

And this scary word SIN, has separated us from God.

God loves EVERY ONE of us, and He doesn't WANT to punish us nor be separated from us.

On the other hand, we have SINS, and must be punished.

THE GOOD NEWS IS..!

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

-John 3:16 from the Bible

1.For God soooooo sooo soooo sooooo loved the world,

that is, YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU. Yes, YOU, the one reading this, and millions of millions of people out there. God loves ALL OF YOU YOU YOU YOU YOU.

2.That He gave His one and only Son,

Jesus Christ.

3.That whoever

And whoever means WHOEVER. ANYONE.

4.Believes in Him

Believes that Jesus died for you.

5.Shall not perish but have eternal life.

We will not go to hell, which has eternal suffering,

but have eternal life!

And eternal life is = living in Heaven with God FOREVER, with eternal happiness, with no suffering, no more pain, no more sicknesses, no more sin.

Every sin we had, was KABLAMM, nailed to the cross with Jesus. We should've received the punishment, but Jesus, who has no sins at all, paid the ransom for our sin.

When we accept Him by faith, that death sentence is forever lifted. We are FREEEEE!

Can you see how much God loves you?

Some people think they are worthless, that they have no meaning to live. But God said:

"I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb.. " -Jeremiah 1:5 from the Bible

He created you for a purpose.

This Christmas, will you give your heart to Jesus?

Jesus said: "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in.." -Revelation 3:20

God is waiting for you. He is always waiting for you.

I invite you to pray this Sinner's Prayer.

Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you.

I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you.

Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again.

I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins,

was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer.

I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life,

to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward.

Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You,

and to do Your will for the rest of my life.

In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
