I can't put it into the buckle!

Have you ever been in a situation when you can't insert your seatbelt into the buckle, because you inserted it into the wrong buckle?

It should look like this:
Ya ya ya you get me now?

Sometimes it can just be so frustrating. And then I wondered..why should they make the buckles DIFFERENT? Why can't they make all the buckles the same so that when you use the centre seatbelt you can also "plug" it into the side seatbelt buckle and vice versa?
